    What aquamation costs

    Two answers set the price: your pet's weight and the kind of care you choose. No hidden fees. Prefer to talk? Call (720) 903-4433.

    1. About how much does your pet weigh?

    A close guess is fine. The price only changes when you cross into the next bracket.

    Any pet up to 2 lbs is priced in the lowest bracket, whatever it weighs. There is no minimum size.

    2. What kind of care?

    The difference is whether the ashes come home, and whether your pet is alone in the chamber. Every option includes the same care, the same people, and a certificate.

    3. Would you like us to come to you?

    Pickup is available within 50 miles of Boulder. Bringing your pet to us has no transport fee and is by scheduled appointment, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-3pm.

    What your service fee supports

    Your fee covers the care process from intake through the service you choose. Weight and service type affect the space, time, and resources needed.

    Identification and care
    Intake, secure holding, identification checks, and records of each handoff.
    Aquamation
    Our team's work, the aquamation cycle, water and materials, and equipment care.
    Preparation after the cycle
    Drying and preparation of the remaining minerals. Private and partitioned services include return preparation; communal service does not include returned ashes.
    Records and communication
    Service records, progress updates, and coordination of your chosen return arrangements.

    Pickup, optional memorial items, shipping where selected, and applicable tax are shown separately in your quote. We confirm your choices and total before payment.

    Base service fees. Pickup, keepsakes, and sales tax on keepsakes are shown separately in the estimate above. Individually-Partitioned disclosure: more than one pet may be cremated simultaneously with physical separation.

    Small pets

    There is no minimum size. Birds, hamsters, guinea pigs, rats, rabbits, reptiles, and other small pets receive the same care and are priced in the same weight brackets as dogs and cats. Any pet up to 2 lbs is priced in the lowest bracket, whatever it weighs.

    Ashes are returned in Partitioned and Private care at every size; a very small pet returns a small amount. The paw or nose print is taken whenever your pet’s size allows.

    If your bird wears a leg band you would like to keep, tell us during arrangement so it can be removed beforehand and returned to you.
